Pre-Orders

Process

  • Full payment is made upon ordering.
  • Delivery time is estimated, not guaranteed. We will send regular updates and notify you immediately if anything is delayed.
  • Pre-order prices may be valid for a limited time. After that, the price will be adjusted.
  • All pre-orders are limited in quantity and may sell out.

Changes & Communication

  • You can change your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter with the same email address you used when purchasing - we will ensure that you receive ongoing updates until delivery.

Delivery

  • Pre-orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • When your watch is on its way, you will receive an email with a receipt, tracking number and delivery confirmation.
  • If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us. We will do our best to make everything go as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping

We ship 'Delivery Duty Paid', meaning VAT, duties, and fees are handled by us in advance. No extra fees for you upon delivery.

  • All watches are shipped into our warehouse, thereafter being individually QCed by us, then shipped to you.

Cancellation

Canceling a pre-order incurs a fee per watch, which will be deducted from the refund:

ODE-01 : USD$150

The reason is that payment providers no longer refund their fees to us when repurchasing. In addition, pre-orders require a lot of administration. Instead of raising the price for everyone, we charge a fee only for cancellations or returns.

My watch has stopped after being left on the dresser for a day or two. What happened?

The automatic movements have a power reserve of approximately 40 hours, and it will stop if not worn during that duration. Just give your watch a shake and it will start to move again.

How do I get my watch fixed?

Returns

How do I return a product?

Contact us via enquire@nuancewathces.com. Describe your case, tell us your order number and attach pictures showing the fault with the item.

How is my return processed?

First of all, the error is corrected and we cover the cost. In the event of an approved complaint and if a repair is not possible, you will be replaced with a new product, alternatively credit or refund

Warranty

Your purchase comes with 2 years warranty if nothing else is stated on the product page. This is your warranty that the product will be free from faults and errors. You can feel safe and trust that we will take responsibility and help you out if any problems arise.
